Why should I be accepted?
1. I'm a reasonable person I treat everyone equally
2. I'm not easily mad I can't really be found mad. ( If I am mad     I'll move myself away from any situation so I can't put my anger out towards anyone aspecially if they don't deserve it )
3. I find myself appropriate for any staff situation. ( I know it's not comparible but I ran a Garry's mod SERIOUS RP server from 2006 to 2011 average active player base of 500 had to make 6 servers )
4. I could be a good catch for the server as I can promote very well
5. On any server I play on I read the rules once twice before I play EVERYTIME so I am sure of the rules and I can't mess up. If I do mess up I'm ready to resolve in any manor


Why do I consider myself a better staff member than other applicants?
1. As I said I'm a very good staff member ( Actions speak louder then words )
2. I am very prepared for any situation / RDM/NLR/META-GAMING/ You name it I know it /


Something about myself
I'm a 19 year old security developer. I'd prefer the term CEH( Certified Ethical Hacker ) I'm a simple guy really, I enjoy my fair share of video games especially after a long day(s) of work / I put (s) because sometimes I'll have to stay up multiple days for my job )

What makes me want to join the STAFF team
I see it as an oppertunity not a qieustion. The server hasn't been up for a long time there's a lack of roles everywhere. I'm a person that goes rule by rule, of course staff members are intended to have fun aswell. But I consider having the job done and having fun aside.

/ I know that this application is short, but it's really hard to think of qieustions on the spot when you don't know what they completely expect nor want from you. /

What makes me special from everyone else?
1. I can deal with an unthinkable amount of stress
2. I remain proffesional even in fuck around moments
3. I can talk very well for example making a 600 word RP situation up on spot isn't a challenge
4. I am very self-confident and aware
5. I don't tolerate screw ups and if I screw up myself I'll take full consequence for it.
6. I can find myself in any situation and apply previous combined experiences to cope to it.
7. I'm very simple if you're nice to me I treat you with respect, if you're hostile towards me I treat you with respect


What could I bring to the STAFF team and server?
STAFF:
1.An organized colleague
2.A serious member whose intention is to make the server a better place
3.A member whose always striving for improvement
4.A member who can take the initiave to take control of any situation
5.A member whose willing to dedicate months to writing handbooks and rules

SERVER:
1. Great role-play which won't be broken
2. A civilized person who'll do everything to be known and liked
3. A person who'll do anything to promote the server
4. A person who'll do anything to keep his reputation and the server's reputation high
5. Someone who isn't afraid to state his opinion for improvemen

Example situation ( with my own procedures )

RDM
Step 1
Confirm that the report/accusation is 100% true and legit
Step 2
Get both parties / Victim(s) / Rulebreaker(s) / Together on TeamSpeak
Step 3
Review footage of the victim(s( and if possible the rulebreaker(s) / could be a case of de-sync'd communications
Step 4
Determine ( if possible with other staff member ) what action should be made unless a compesation
Step 5
If it was an RDM and it's a price of compensation which the rulebreaker can't afford to bring up I'll take multiple factors into consideration for either punishment reducal or punishment with a worse result

Works in a point system.
Every positive/negative factor that the rulebreaker meets will be a +1 for positive -1 for negative
